DIY Raspberry Custard (Recipe)




This super easy raspberry custard recipe would be a perfect treat for your sweetheart on valentine's day!



  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup corn starch
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 3/4 cups milk heated in the microwave
  • 2 egg yolks
         *For the raspberries*
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries 
  • 1-2 tsp sugar (depending on how sweet ya want it)
  • A handheld blender


1.  Add the sugar to your raspberries and stir em' up!
Then, set them aside to soften.



2.  Heat your milk up in the microwave for about
2 minutes and 30 seconds or until hot


3.  Separate your egg yolk and white.






4. Mix the sugar, corn starch and salt in a medium, thick bottom sauce pan.


5. Add your hot milk a little bit at a time, stirring in between.




6. Stir over medium-high heat until boiling. Then boil for one minute.
You will be able to feel it thicken as you stir it!




7. Turn off and remove from heat.


8.  Beat your egg yolks.
Add one cup of the custard to the yolks, stir it well,
then add back to the custard mix and combine.









 9. Get your handheld blender and blend the raspberry mix
until it is a wet but thick paste.






10. Add your raspberries to the custard and mix well






11. Garnish your custards and serve!

DIY 100% Natural Cinnamon Applesauce Air Fresheners!


Today I will show you how to make 100% natural cinnamon applesauce air fresheners!




  • 1/2 cup Applesauce
  • 3/4 cup Cinnamon
  • Fabric (optional)
  • Ribbon  (optional)

1. Measure out the cinnamon and applesauce





2. Stir Stir Stir! Add more applesauce if it is too crumbly,
 and add more cinnamon if it seems too wet! Just balance it out.





3. Pull out a cutting board and spread cinnamon over it.


4. Cover a cookie sheet in wax paper and 
start rolling your dough into balls!




5. Set the oven to 200 degrees fahrenheit and
 the timer for one hour and thirty minutes 


6. Pop em in!


7. Wait! Meanwhile cut your fabric into squares!

8. Pull em out!



9. Place a ball in the center of a fabric square


10. Cinch the fabric and tie it tightly with a ribbon! 









 11. Repeat with the rest of your batch!


12. Hang them and smell the fresh cinnamon!
